A question that doesn’t fit the categories here? Email the procurement team with the details and a member will respond as appropriate.
A live opportunity or bid
Questions about an open competition go through the opportunity itself — follow the instructions and Q&A window in the posting.
Purchase orders & payment
For questions about an order, contact the department named on the PO. For payment or invoice status, contact Accounts Payable.
